Coronavirus update 17/03/2020

Updated: Aug 25, 2020

The UK is currently in the 'delay' stage of tackling the Coronavirus (Covid 19) and we are doing our best to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus but still offer the level of service that our clients expect from us, whilst still ensuring that we protect our employees.

Following on from the government's announcement yesterday about the Coronavirus we are continuing with the following measures in line with our update yesterday:

- Cancellation of client visits

- Cancellation of in-house client meetings

- The ability to host virtual meetings

We have now also decided to introduce the following:

- Restrict access to our offices to essential staff only

From today we will be locking our main door and advising all clients to not come to our office for any reason. If you decide to attend our offices, you will unfortunately not be allowed on to the premises. We are doing this to protect the safety of our employees, clients and their families.

With the latest advice that home working should be used where possible, we will be testing the systems for home working that we have in place this Wednesday 18th March 2020, meaning our offices will be closed for this day. Throughout these tests we will be ensuring the systems that we have in place are sustainable for a longer period, if the need arises. On this day our phone lines will be closed and we will only be contactable via email. We are aiming to be back in the office on Thursday 19th March 2020, unless the advice changes.

We would like to thank all of our clients at this time for their cooperation and please stay safe.
