The UK is currently in the 'delay' stage of tackling the Coronavirus (Covid 19) and we are doing our best to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus but still offer the level of service that our clients expect from us, whilst still ensuring that we protect our employees.
At this time we have decided to keep our offices open and continue working as normal, but have introduced the following:
- The ability to host virtual meetings
- Cancellation of client visits
- Cancellation of in house client meetings
To be able to continue to get your paperwork to us so we can continue with your accounts, we have tools such as ReceiptBank that you are able to use to submit data direct to us. If this is not currently a service that you have with us, then please contact us to discuss your options.
If for any reason we decide that we need to close our offices, following advice from the Government then all of our staff are able to continue working from home with limited distruption to your accounts. If this is the case then we will be keeping our clients up to date via our website and social channels.
