Paperwork drop off Sessions


We are now opening up to our clients at specific times for our paperwork drop off sessions. These sessions will involve each member of staff at different times opening up the office to receive paperwork from their clients. We are opening up these sessions for clients who are unable to send their paperwork to us digitally. If you are planning on visiting us, then you need to follow the following procedures.
 

  • Only come to the office if you are not showing any COVID-19 symptons

  • Only 1 person is allowed onto the premises at any one time

  • Wait outside the premises if there is already someone at the top of the stairs

  • Only come to the office if you are not able to send your paperwork to us digitally

  • Follow what the signs say in the office

  • Wear a face covering - From 8th August 2020, anyone visiting our office is required to wear a face covering as per law. Details of which can be found here.


When can I come in?

Our first drop off sessions will be beginning on week commencing 25th May 2020. You should keep an eye on our social media pages for exact dates and times and who is going to be there. You should bring your paperwork in on the day that your account manager is going to be in the office. If you bring your paperwork in on the day that your account manager is not there, your paperwork will no be looked at until the following week when they are in. If you do not know who your account manager is, then please call the office.

The dates you can drop paperwork into us are as follows:

  • 5th August 2020 11am - 11.30am Kym and Brad

  • 12th August 2020 11am - 11.30am Kym and Brad

  • 19th August 2020 1pm - 1.30pm Robyn and Jack

  • 26th August 2020 1pm - 1.30pm Brad and Jack

  • 2nd September 2020 11am - 11.30am Kym and Brad

  • 9th September 2020 1pm - 1.30pm Robyn and Jack

Can I explain my paperwork when I am there?

The simple answer for this one is no. We are trying to restrict the amount of time that you are in the office to the bare minimum. If you need to explain anything then we are encouraging you to follow your visit up with an email or phone call.

What if I can't make the sessions?

We will be running sessions on varrying times and days to ensure there is a time for all of our clients to be able to come in. Each session will be lasting for around 30 minutes. If you are still not able to come in then you are welcome to put your paperwork through our door. This paperwork may not be looked at however for a least one week.
