  • Only 1 person is allowed onto the premises at any one time

  • Wait outside the premises if there is already someone at the top of the stairs

  • Only come to the office if you are not able to send your paperwork to us digitally

You should bring your paperwork in on the day that your account manager is going to be in the office. If you bring your paperwork in on the day that your account manager is not there, your paperwork will no be looked at until the following week when they are in. If you do not know who your account manager is, then please call the office.

Can I explain my paperwork when I am there?

The simple answer for this one is no. We are trying to restrict the amount of time that you are in the office to the bare minimum. If you need to explain anything then we are encouraging you to follow your visit up with an email or phone call.

What if I can't make the sessions?

We will be running sessions on varrying times and days to ensure there is a time for all of our clients to be able to come in. Each session will be lasting for around 30 minutes. If you are still not able to come in then you are welcome to put your paperwork through our door. This paperwork may not be looked at however for a least one week.
